Recognizing the broader potential of her approach, Keana expanded Virtual Job Swan's services to include direct hire, contingency staffing, contract, and temp-to-hire solutions. This expansion was driven by her desire to leverage her extensive pipeline to assist more companies in finding the right talent for their needs.
